Hanuri Shibuya in Shibuya

I had the Samgetang and it was delicious and had large servings. They also have a small salad bar and drink bar. Smoking is allowed even during lunch hours. It can be very crowded, though.

The service is really bad took them 20min to bring the drinks - didn’t get or order right and tried to rip us off ... highly recommend to not go to that place

Left a sweater that has great personal value to me, tried contacting them and never heard back.

Rude, slow service. Even i saw the manager in here arguing with customers.....apparently the customers were complaining about the slow service and wrong orders, and the manager told them he was going to call cops on them instead of one single apology. Our table left after hearing this.. very disappointed

Prices in the store menu were more expensive than what the menu claimed (e.g 980 yen vs 1180yen plus you had to get at least two). Very scammy.

I came after the lunch time, so there was no one, and i saw that I did not interest them as a buyer. The waiter was rude and took the menu from me when I wanted to choose another dish.

2020.2 Lunch visitThe Shimbashi store was very calm and the service content was good and it became a favorite store, but the impression of the Shibuya store was quite bad.I ordered a large serving of rib lunch meat.The price is extremely cheap and the cospa is the best even though it is Japanese beef ribs.Of course the meat quality is also good!The taste is almost as good as the degree of sour taste.There are quite a few points pointed out as follows.① The amount of self-cooked rice is low.② The triple dish has not been washed and wiped.③ Salad dressing is not replenished.水 The water on the table is tepid without ice.⑤Chopstick length is different⑥You can feel the motivation of the staffWhy is the Shibuya store where the Shimbashi store is really good? Worst experience I've EVER had at a restaurant. When we arrived the manager told us to go up to the table we had reserved and people were already sitting in our seats, no cutlery or plates, took 15 minutes to bring water and drinks even though they suggested it'd be faster to order tanpin rather than nomihoudai. When they brought our food out we were given no cooking utensils so assumed they would turn over the food then cut for us however they didn't return back for 10 minutes when the food was already burnt. When we complained, there was no apology and the manager was extremely rude. Will never go to this restaurant again and would really advise people if they want good service to go to Tonchan.
